Our location was absolutely perfect wonderful to relax in with a glass of wine with fantastic views over the sea. Our breakfast was plentiful and for all tastes; the staff was very helpful and attentive.

Booked a room with lovely sea-view. The breakfast was hot and the parking was on site. This was an excellent and lovely location near the beach at Shanklin as well as the cliff at Shanklin.
Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were not very friendly.

Liked this real good stay for one night. Everything was perfect, so were incredible views over the sea. It had an excellent and absolutely perfect location near the lovely beach as well as promenade. Plus, Saint Mary's Cathedral was within easy reach.

The property is fairly clean; bright rooms; soft bed. The staff are lovely, and the host too. The breakfast is excellent for all tastes, had delicious food. The location is marvellous, not far from the sea on top of the cliff at Shanklin, and old town, you cannot beat it. Love eating outside and there's Gracellie, set a few steps away from the hotel. Would consider staying here again, no complaints, truly enjoyed our stay.

This place was perfect for us, totally recommend. Had a fantastic stay for one night, everything was great. Our room was bright with large comfy bed, lovely sea-view and the garden, slept well.
