The property is fairly clean; bright rooms; soft bed. The staff are lovely, and the host too. The breakfast is excellent for all tastes, had delicious food. The location is marvellous, not far from the sea on top of the cliff at Shanklin, and old town, you cannot beat it. Love eating outside and there's Gracellie, set a few steps away from the hotel. Would consider staying here again, no complaints, truly enjoyed our stay.

Such an ENJOYABLE stay for one night. Fairly clean and spacious venue with delightful views. Magnificent and lovely location for our visit to a wooded coastal ravine not too far away from the hotel. I had a double room and it was updated with the terrace view. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, for example, a wooded coastal ravine was at a moderate distance from the hotel. And the area was relaxing, next to the lovely beach, and cliff top.
